All brand new revol wireless phones that were purchased for a new activation or as an upgrade replacement come with a limited one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty. Certified reconditioned revol wireless phones come with a six (6) month warranty. After 60 days from phone activation, if a defect on a phone is deemed under warranty, the rapid exchange fee to replace the phone at a revol wireless full service center is $25.00 payable at the time of the replacement and is non-refundable.
