What is the phlebotomy certificate like at Nicolet?
The Phlebotomy certificate provides practical training in the collection of blood specimens by venipuncture and routine capillary puncture. Students will complete theory classes, lab classes and be expected to participate in a 100 hour clinical phlebotomy experience. Nicolet will accept 12 students into phlebotomy clinical each semester. Clinical selection is based upon successful completion of all required courses prior to entering clinical.
