What is the Philosophy of chaos?

THE ETERNAL PHILOSOPHY OF CHAOS by Timothy Leary For several thousand years it has seemed obvious that the basic nature of the universe is extreme complexity and inexplicable disorder that mysterious, tangled magnificence popularly known as Chaos.
