What is the period allowed for a lobbyist to declare his lobbying activities?
Consultant lobbyists register personally no later than the thirtieth day following the start of their lobbying activities. In the case of organization or enterprise lobbyists, it is the duty of the senior officer of the organization of the group or enterprise to register the lobbyist within a 60-day period. As for the notice of change, it must be given within a 30-day period, regardless of the type of lobbyist.
