What is the Performance Pay Increase?
The Performance Pay Increase replaces within-grade increases and quality step increases. This pay increase is based on the annual rating of record using a share distribution process. Employees who receive a FME rating of record are eligible to receive up to two shares and employees who receive a Significantly Exceeds Expectations (SEE) rating of record are eligible to receive up to 4 shares.
