What is the Perfect Health program?
The Perfect Health program was developed by Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon as a way to bring the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda into everyday life. It is a six lesson course for achieving balance of the mind and body. When our minds are in balance, we can make the best or most nourishing choices for ourselves, achieve the healing that we desire, and experience the change that we seek. Perfect Health Program Description Session One: You will be introduced to the basic principles of the Ayurveda, Meditation, and Yoga based on the understanding of the three primary body-mind personalities: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
