Over 70 %, depending on the individual’s background, experience and desire to transition. In areas where there is a large industry presence, the percentage is 85 %. Other factors include: interviewing skills, willingness to travel, willingness to relocate, desired salary, flexibility of work schedule, commuting flexibility, and eagerness for a career change. Many of the graduates obtain employment on their own.
