What is the Pennsylvania Hospitality & Entertainment Association (PHEA)?
The PHEA is a group of dedicated, concerned and active adult nightclub owners from Pennsylvania who fight all negative challenges by the government, the religious right and elements in society, who work diligently to close down all adult nightclubs. These fights are extremely expensive, involved, and occur every day. If not for the PHEA, many (if not all) adult nightclubs in Pennsylvania, would be out of business. Or, sales would be down so significantly that many clubs would go out of business. We must challenge overly restrictive laws that target adult nightclubs and these complex legal challenges take many lawyers, expert witnesses, PhDs, and expensive academic studies. The government and religious right are on the rampage and they are determined to get rid of all adult nightclubs in the U.S. They have been successful in Ohio and now plan to adopt their over-restrictive laws in Pennsylvania.
