What is the “pending withdraws” screen?
Once you make a withdraw, your withdraw request is pending to be processed by our financial department. By entering the “Pending Withdraws” screen in the “Withdraw” section in the cashier you can view all your Withdraw requests that are waiting to be processed. Generally no withdraw request will be processed before 4 business days of making the request so that you can cancel withdraw requests while the transaction has not been processed, and return the amount back to your casino account, so you can go ahead and play.
