What is the penalty if I fail to correct the violation?
If the owner does not correct the violation after proper notification, the city will issue a work order to mow the property. The owner is responsible for the contractor’s hourly rate plus a $100 administrative fee. Properties that are cut after notification to the contractor are also subject to the $100 administrative fee.
