Violators of this section of the City Code may be charged “with a separate misdemeanor of the third degree for each day the violation exists. Separate penalties may be imposed for each offence.” The penalty for a third degreee misdemeanor is jail time of no more than 60 days, or a fine of no more than $500, or both.
