What is the penalty for selling goods to which a false trade mark or false trade description is applied?
A person guilty of selling to which a false trade mark or false trade description is applied shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to two years or with fine or both. In case the offence is committed by selling food or drugs, the wrong doer shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years or with fine or with both.
