What is the Peer Review committee’s composition?
NPR law, Section 303.003(a) requires that a Nursing Peer Review Committee that conducts a review that involves the practice of registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses must have registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses as 3/4 of its members; NPR Law Section 303.003 (b) requires that a Nursing Peer Review Committee that conducts a review that involves the practice of licensed vocational nurses must: • to the extent feasible, include licensed vocational nurses as members; and • have only registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses as voting members.
