What is the PeakRewards℠ Multifamily program?
The PeakRewards℠ Multifamily program gives tenants/renters of community properties summer bill credits, a matching first-year bonus, cycling choices, and a professionally installed Honeywell programmable thermostat. The apartment unit must have central air conditioning in good working order and consent by the property owner (or manager) is required in order to participate in the program.
