What is the Peace of Mind Journal?
Your Peace of Mind Journal is a tool that allows you to track your goals, responses to stress and other thoughts over time. Creating Your Peace of Mind Journal is Step 8 of Your Peace of Mind Plan. You can access your journal any time, independently of your Peace of Mind Plan. Each entry in the Peace of Mind Journal is dated, much as an entry in a written journal would be. The Journal records the information you enter for the entire span of your membership. You can access and make changes to information recorded on any date you choose.
