WHAT IS THE PCP POSITION WITH RESPECT TO WOMEN AND ETHNIC GROUPS?
The PCP is outstanding for organizing and fully incorporating Peruvian women in the ranks of the party and the People’s War. To that end, it generated the People’s Women Movement with class conscious basis according to the line established by our funder J. C. Mariátegui: “Feminism did not appear in Perú artificially nor arbitrarily. It appeared as a consequence of the new forms of intellectual and manual work for women.
