What is the PBS KIDS preschool block?
We’re launching an exciting new series, CURIOUS GEORGE. CURIOUS GEORGE kicks off two hours of our best preschool shows every weekday morning now – including CLIFFORD, DRAGON TALES and IT’S A BIG, BIG WORLD. In between the shows, we’re featuring something new: a live host named Miss Lori. She’s a teacher, friend and role model. Through daily themed activities, music and movement, Miss Lori and her sidekick – a guinea pig named Hooper – will teach important life lessons, and inspire kids to explore the world around them, and express themselves creatively. You can learn more about the educational goals of this new environment at pbsparents.org. top Another benefit to the new schedule of back to back shows like this is that whether or not you watch with your young kids, you can feel safe knowing that they have a place that’s educational, engaging and fun and will be there for 1 or 2 or as many as 4 shows.
