A non-refundable 25% deposit of the contract amount is required to hold a reservation for the specified date of the contracted event. An additional non-refundable 25% of the total amount is due 6 months before the event, bringing the total paid amount to 50% of the balance due. An additional non-refundable 25% of the total is due 3 months before the event, bringing the paid amount to 75% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due one month before the event.
