What is the payment schedule for a study tour?
Full Fee participants will pay a deposit upon registration. Fifty percent of the study tour cost will be required at least 60 days prior to the estimated date of departure from Australia. The final payment is required at least 30 days prior to the estimated date of departure from Australia. Flight costs are generally required no later than 30 days prior to departure. This is negotiated directly with the travel agent.
