What is the pay received for providing care with Maple Star?
Maple Star family care providers are paid on a daily basis at a rate of $60 per day per child, depending on the referral source. For some youth that are considered to require special care by the Children’s Aid Society, an increased rate can be paid. In addition, families are provided with paid respite, amounting to two days of respite per child for every 30 days of care provided per month.
