What is the Pathway to Mastery Program?
The Pathway to Mastery rewards leadership of Keller Williams market centers on their successes as they grow, become more profitable and achieve higher levels of mastery in their businesses. Designed to reward results, the Pathway to Mastery also outlines suggested training and resources brought to you by Keller Williams University and the KWRI Support Center. There are four levels of achievement – White Belt, Red Belt, Black Belt and Mega Black Belt.
