Chessmaster patch is a program that you download from our website (see www.chessmaster.com/downloads.html) that updates the appropriate version of Chessmaster, fixing bugs and possibly adding new features. It is always recommended to download the latest patch of any version of Chessmaster that you may have. Just download the patch program into the appropriate Chessmaster folder on your hard drive, insert the appropriate Chessmaster CD, and run the patch program. The patch will update the necessary files. Be sure to read the ReadMe file that is created when you run the patch.
