What is the password for so-and-so PDF file?
There are some Adobe PDF files that require a password to open. I have done this to restrict access to these files to people who have contributed information that can be added to my site or my personnel records. This can be information on their line (as long as it pertains to the Van Metre/Van Meter surname) or vital information such as birth, marriage, death certificates. I also appreciate photos of headstones where Van Metre/Van Meter’s are buried. Please attempt to check my site to insure I don’t already have what you are going to submit or steal someone’s work off the web.
