A. The username and password are in the email message and on the web page that you will see after paying. These allow you to access the download web page. None of Martin’s eBooks requires a password to open it (unless I have specifically said so). If Adobe Reader is asking for a password, this is usually because the file you downloaded is corrupted. Trash the file and download it again. If it still won’t open, ask a friend to try on his computer. If he has the same problem, then please contact us.
