What is the partnership with the Curbside Value Partnership?
The Frederick County Department of Solid Waste Management has been selected by the Curbside Value Partnership, a national invitation-only program designed to increase recycling, to participate in a strategic, county-wide recycling education campaign. This is a great example of a public-private partnership and it will maximize what the Office of Recycling can do to support county residents in their recycling endeavors. This collaborative partnership will reach out to residents in new ways and then measure the results achieved for the recycling program.
