Each day, thousands of newspapers are delivered to area schools through The Star’s Partnership for Young Readers program. The Partnership for Young Readers staff works with schools, teachers and area businesses to bring community awareness and literacy to our students. Teachers use the newspapers to teach reading, science, social studies, economics and other lessons. You can donate vacation papers to the program any time a vacation stop is entered or donate to The Partnership for Young Readers online here.
