What is the parents responsibility for the actions of their children?
There are many possible circumstances in which parents may be financially or otherwise responsible for things their children do. The first place to look is the Minnesota Statutes which can be found online at https://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/pubs/. They are searchable by keyword or through the topic index. Under the topic Parents look for the subtopic of Liability. The same can be done with the topic Guardians of Minors.
