What is the Parent PINs part of CASHNet for?

This is a cool new feature of CASHNet that basically allows you to set up a PIN so others can access your account and make payments for you (parents, grandparents, generous bosses). You can even set it up so that they each have a separate PIN and can’t see anything but their own payments (helpful if your parents don’t get along, for example).
