The Username filed is the user you have created at the control panel for using your service. The password should be the one you have set for this admin user you have already created . The Parent User ID is the access username which you use to connect to the internet. Eg. vishal@vsnl.net If you have not created a user then use your this username for both the ‘Username’ and ‘Parent User ID’ fields. Use the complete username ‘vishal@vsnl.
