What is the Parallel Universe Theory?
Hugh Everett came up with the theory back in 1956. I don’t know all the details, but I know is that it’s a theory that has a lot to do with time travel. For every Universe there is an infinite number of Parallel Universes. The parallel universes can be extremely similar to extremely different; in one universe the president may have actually been named John W. Bush, in another universe the human race may be extinct. Here’s a problem. If you went back in time and killed your grandparents, what would happen to you? It would probably create a time paradox. If you went back and killed your grandparents, you would not have been able to do this because you were never born in the first place. This paradox would cause you blinking out of existence. If you never existed, you would not be able to travel back in time and kill your grandparents. The universe would not be able to handle this paradox and the universe would be destroyed.
