What is the pain around my liver area after binge drinking?

I have also had this horrible lower back pain on my right side after drinking more than two drinks. I’ve read a lot on the internet to try and figure out which organ might be causing it (liver, pancreas, kidneys), and more importantly how to get rid of the pain. I think there are a couple of organs screaming out, and this it what I’ve found relieved the pain: replenish electrolytes which the kidney needs by drinking coconut water (found in most health food stores/wholefoods markets), and taking enzymes which helps to normalize the pancreas- most brands have the following included in one capsule (amylase, protease, lipase) also available at health food store. I’ve also read that a cheaper way to get the electrolytes back in balance is to mix a couple of tablespoons of lemon with a pinch of salt in a glass of water. I started to feel less pain everyday that I did this, hope it helps.
