What is the overall timetable for the SDP?
The pilot ‘year’ for the SDP is actually more than 20 months. Here are the major dates to be aware of (but subject to slight adjustment as needed over the course of the pilot period): * Oct. 5, 2009 — SDP pilot officially announced to campus via Inside Clemson; formal solicitation of volunteers to apply as Peer Reviewers begins * Dec. 1, 2009 — Peer Reviewer application period closes * Jan. 1, 2010 — Participant applications become available * Feb. 1, 2010 — Participant application period opens * April 1, 2010 — Participant application period closes * May 15, 2010 — Pilot participants announced * July 1, 2010 — Pilot participants begin individual activities under peer committee guidance * May 15, 2011 — Pilot participants complete all activities; submit final documentation to peer review committees * July 1, 2011 — Successful pilot participants receive permanent salary adjustments Meetings between individual participants and respective peer reviewers will be established at mut
