The Lee’s Summit Educational Foundation (LSEF) is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that raises private funds to support Lee’s Summit R-7 Schools. Our mission is to generate and guide philanthropic support to promote excellence in education in our schools. We do that by awarding PEAK Grants to classrooms across the district; awarding continuing education scholarships; providing funds for identified programs districtwide and matching donors’ passions with programs that benefit students and staff.
