The Budget section is part of a larger section, VIII, Budget, Sustainability and Leveraging which totals16 points of the 100 total points for the entire initiative. The Budget and Budget Narrative section (VIII. A.) is 10 points; the Sustainability and Leveraging section (VIII. B.) is 6 points.
