All of the standard plans specify “siding by owner”. The framing is flush with the outside of the foundation and any kind of siding can be applied. Log siding, vinyl siding, board & batten, etc. If you would like for your garage to be brick, any of the plans can be modified to include a brick ledge for a fee.
