What is the Outcome of a Paediatric/Psychology Lead under 5s Clinic?

This would entail the coding and classification of clinical case notes of children who have been attending the paediatric clinic, Northwick Park Hospital, under 5’s specialist clinic. This clinic specialised in dealing with children with severe sleeping, eating and behavioural/developmental problems. We are keen to ascertain the outcome of our interventions 6 months to 1 year later. The rational for the clinic is early intervention improves later outcome. The student would be expected to contact the parents with a standardised proforma, to collate data and analyse it in relation to key conditions. They would need to be familiar with the access data base and simple data description and analysis. Experience: This would suit a psychology student in particular. They should have a keen interest in information and technology and have good interpersonal/telephone communication skills.
