The OSP administrator will add themselves to the approval graph before the OSP box. They will approve this box when the UW internal review is completed. OSP will forward all email notifications from the Grants.gov system to the PI and unit contact. After the application has reached the sponsor system, then the “OSP” box on the chart will be approved.
