OFA is a national non-profit organization that has been helping college-age foster youth successfully attend and graduate from postsecondary programs since 1981. In addition to awarding scholarships, administering nine state ETV Programs, and providing virtual mentoring and internship programs, OFA oversees NC Reach for eligible North Carolina adoptees and foster youth.
