The legal framework that regulates PEMEX’s operations and activities is comprised of laws, rules, decrees and administrative dispositions: I. Ley Reglamentaria del Artículo 27 Constitucional en el Ramo del Petróleo (the Regulatory Law to Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States Concerning Petroleum Affairs, which we refer to as the Regulatory Law) II.
