What is the ORA2% due 2008 redemption ratio?
The redemption ratio of the ORA 2% due in 2008 was 0.0628 ALSTOM shares for each bond at 31 December 2008. If you have not yet received the redemption for your bonds, you can request it any time via your financial intermediary. As the redemption ratio is not a whole number, you can request the whole number of shares immediatly inferior to the number of shares you are entitled and receive the difference in cash or you can request the whole number of shares immediatly superior and then pay the difference in cash.
