For 3V or 2-cell battery applications the maximum operating frequency is 4MHz (2.2V) • HT82K96A/HT82K96E operating frequency: For 5V USB applications, the operating frequency must choose 6MHz or 12MHz, which is selected by the SYSCLK bit of SCC Register. For other 5V applications, the operating frequency range is 1MHz~12MHz.
