What is the opened and unopened shelf-life of your 2nd Harvest Matcha products?
Our tea leaves are ground fresh immediately prior to packaging. This, plus our unqiue foil pouch, oxygen absorbtion packet, and a specially sealed tin ensure DōMatcha™ products a much longer shelf-life. Our 2nd Harvest will retain its freshness for up to 16 months unopened. Once opened, however, expect freshness for about three (3) months. Simply keep it in the fridge inside the foil pouch with the little oxytab.
