OPEN SHUTTER is an open competition for any photographer working with either film, digital or photo-based media. OPEN SHUTTER offers unique opportunities for emerging photographers to have their work exhibited in the Photographers Lounge gallery, promoted online and reviewed by independent, well-respected panelists. THE PHOTOGRAPHERS LOUNGE Unlike in the USA and the rest of Europe, gallery space exclusively for photography is very limited in the UK. The Photographers Lounge has rapidly become synonymous with the promotion of photography as an art form, and its growing reputation has meant that it is now a must-visit gallery for art-lovers and photographers alike.
