What is the one true way of Paganism?
A. Ahhh, that’s the beauty part of it. There is no “one true way”. I may use a purple candle in a healing spell, you may use blue, neither one is incorrect, the true magick doesn’t lie in the tools, it is in the practitioner. How do you think witches practiced during the burning times? They couldn’t afford to have tools laying around the house for fear they would be caught. Tools such as ritual knives called athames (uh-THAY-me), candles, herbs and the like are there to help you, guide you. We can’t all afford all the nifty “toys” that go along with being Wiccan, but that doesn’t make our spells any less effective. Some people will tell you that if you don’t do bad magick or if you don’t practice “skyclad” nude, or if you don’t do everything as written in such and such a book, you are wrong.
