What is the oldest fifa football game?
The first game in the series, simply named FIFA International Soccer, was released in late 1993. It featured then-England international David Platt on the cover. It was released on all of the popular games systems, including Mega Drive, Master System, Game Gear, SNES, PC and Atari. The game didn’t feature any real player names, instead featuring a host of fake players; striker Brian Plank was my personal favourite! The next release was FIFA Soccer 95, and the first big leap for the series was FIFA Soccer 96, which was the first game to feature licenced teams at club and international level. See the Wikipedia link below for a full list of games in the FIFA series.
