What is the Old South Baton Rouge Neighborhood Partnership Board?
The Old South Baton Rouge Neighborhood Partnership Board is a grassroots organization elected by the residents of Old South Baton Rouge. It is made up of OSBR residents and other Baton Rouge citizen-leaders. The Board’s primary mission is to act as a steward for the entire OSBR community and adapt recommendations outlined in the OSBR Strategic Plan.
