What is the Oklahoma Art Writing & Curatorial Fellowship?
The Oklahoma Art Writing & Curatorial Fellowship aims to train promising writers and curators by expanding their professional education and experience. This distinctive, yearlong program awards 12 fellows the opportunity to participate in a structured and innovative curriculum designed to encourage new writing and curatorial projects. Led by nationally-recognized mentors, the 12 Fellows will receive feedback on their writing and curatorial projects and will connect to current dialogues in art. When is it? The program will be held from January-December 2010. Who can apply? Applicants must be Oklahoma residents or live within 350 miles of Oklahoma City. Undergraduate students may not apply.
