What is the official cancellation policy?
The person that places a reservation for Cayamo 2009 is the “Lead” passenger and “owns” the reservation. They must authorize any changes made to the reservation. + The Lead Passenger is not allowed to change their name within the reservation; that is considered a transfer, and is subject to a $299 fee. No Lead Passenger changes are allowed after the event sells out, or after December 1, 2008. # Cancellations made through 08/01/08, incur a $75 per person, based on cabin occupancy, administration fee # Cancellations made from 08/02/08 through 10/01/08, incur a 50% penalty of monies received, plus a $75 per person, based on cabin occupancy, administration fee # Cancellations made from 10/02/08 through 12/01/08, incur a 75% penalty of monies received, plus a $75 per person, based on cabin occupancy, administration fee # No refunds will be given to cancellations made after 12/01/08 If you have cruise insurance and need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with the insuran

Beginning February 15, 2009, Travel Insured will offer a Cancel for Any Reason policy, which covers you for up to 75% of your monies paid if cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to sailing. Travel Insured will also offer the traditional travel insurance coverage offered in the past, which will reimburse at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellations. The person that places a reservation for Barenaked Ladies’ Ships & Dip III is the “Lead” passenger and “owns” the reservation. They must agree to any changes made to the reservation. + Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to October 26, 2007, but other changes prior to that date or name changes after October 26 are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
