What is the office’s no show or cancellation policy?

0

Patients are to inform our office no later than 24 hours before their appointment time if they are to cancel an appointment for an office visit and 72 hour notice for procedures. This allows us to offer the cancelled appointment to another patient they may need medical attention. The fee for no show for an office visit or late cancellation is $35.00. Patient will be dismissed from the practice after 3 consecutive no shows. Procedures (eg. ultrasounds, ANSARs) require more time, preparation and require us to block out more time from our schedule. Therefore, procedures that are no show or not cancelled 72 hours prior to a scheduled appointment, a $100.00 fee per procedure, will be assessed to the patient’s account.
