What can I expect from my faculty advisor? During your first semester at B-W, you will be assigned a full-time faculty member to serve as your academic advisor. Your advisor will be a faculty member within your major or within an area of interest, if you have not yet selected a major. A faculty advisor will help you select classes for the following semester and suggest internships, employment, and graduate school ideas.
